THE OWNER & MANAGEMENT TEAM

Famous Monsters was dreamed up and made into reality by it's owner and host: Kristofer Sterling. Inspired by subculture, art, music, and obscure beauty, Sterling put his driving ambition towards opening his own fetish club. He finally debuted Famous Monsters to the world on New Years Eve 2008. Because it is the culmination of his hard work, he pampers the club and treats his staff like his children. He is a party-hard playboy that spares no expense on having a good time. However, he demands high quality performance from all his employees.

    DJs BOOKING AGENT

  • Previous DJing experience preferred.
  • From time to time Famous Monsters will welcome guest DJs, but typically the club employs house DJs.
  • There are weekly themed nights, during which the scheduled DJ will adhere to that style. A different DJ will be hired to work each night, specializing in each sound. However, any weekday DJ may work a set on the weekend, as well.

    SECURITY MANAGER

  • No previous security experience necesary although applicant must be strong, somewhat aggressive, intimidating to some degree and able to prove they can handle the job.
  • Security staff members are also the only employees required to wear a uniform which consists of a Famous Monsters tee clearly marked SECURITY.
  • Door: These members are responsible for keeping out previous patrons that have been banned, ID checks, and weapon checks.
  • Stage: These members are responsible for keeping the working dancers safe. They are to keep customers off the stage, and away from the back dressing room area.
  • Floor: These members roam throughout the club, in normal attire as if they were patrons. They are responsible for keeping patrons in line, curbing bar fights, and keeping customers from getting too "grabby" with the dancers working the floor or in private rooms.
  • Surveillance: These members man the surveillance room where video feeds come from almost every corner of the club and the surrounding parking lot. If any unsavory events take place they are to respond accordingly.

    THE REGULARS

    These are the loyal and favorite customers, the patrons that the staff has come to know on a first name basis, the ones that are there almost as often as the employees. They know the club just as well, if not better, than the people who work there. They have their favorite dancers, favorite bartenders and perhaps a designated booth waiting for them when they show up.
